Manchester Colour Run 2017
Dubbed ‘the happiest 5km on the planet’ Manchester’s very own Color Run takes place at the Etihad Campus this Saturday 1st July. At each kilometre of the run, runners will enter designated ‘Color Zones’ – which basically means that volunteers get to douse you in colorful powders! It’s also worth mentioning the ‘Foam Zone’ … because why wouldn’t you want to run through foam before the finish line?!
This relaxed event is all about the experience, with a number of runners also fundraising for NSPCC – event organisers even encourage the Little Colour Runners to take part.
What’s more, the event is closed with a ‘Finish Festival’ hosted by DJs from Capital FM … including even more color with a mass color throw every 15 minutes!
