Alleviate Back Pain & Increase Core Strength With APPI Clinical Pilates Instructors
Pilates and core stability are very important in terms of physiotherapy, rehabilitation and the relief of pain. Education regarding the cause and prevention of low back pain along with a structured core stability & strengthening programme by one of our chartered physiotherapists or sports rehabilitators will help to relieve chronic pain and allow for a more quality lifestyle. Our APPI Clinical Pilates Instructors have specialist skills to enhance technique and performance.
The teaching of correct form and technique will enhance posture, mobility and ultimately improve leisure & sporting performance. Core stability training and education is also beneficial to both pregnant and post natal women and we are fortunate that our instructors also specialise in those personnel to assist with a stronger core and pain relief prior to and following child birth.
Pilates & Core Stability Class Information
Our team provide classes for both individual one-to-one sessions and within a group setting in our fitness and rehabilitation gym.
We advise that each client is seen by one of our chartered physiotherapists or sports rehabilitators prior to the commencement of classes for a consultation to discuss any relevant past medical history and any current problems that may be influencing any pain or other symptoms associated with fitness goals or core stability.
Our instructors will then be able to implement bespoke core stability classes which will tailor each individual’s requirements and goals to enhance the effectiveness of the sessions.
If you have chronic low back pain which consistently keeps reoccurring or you wish to increase your core fitness and posture, you may find that core stability, strengthening & rehabilitation may just be the answer.

Our team also provide specialised Ante-Natal Pilates Classes which are highly recommended for pregnant ladies who would like to minimise pregnancy discomfort, maintain strength and prepare for the most effective post-natal rehabilitation and recovery following child delivery.
