Our Didsbury clinic is very unique in the way we have many fitness professionals from therapeutic, injury prevention and rehabilitation backgrounds. In this way we are very fortunate to offer many fitness and performance sessions to help clients gain fitness, improve core stability, increase strength levels, reduce stiffness, help alleviate stress and reduce the risk of injury.
Fitness sessions may be delivered individually at a personal level or in small group environments to allow each client to gain the maximum benefit from having our fitness professional team providing unique one-to-one guidance and supervision. Such intervention will allow our team to advise upon the most relevant exercise progressions and regressions of certain gym activities to help prevent injury and enhance fitness and strength levels.
We also provide health and fitness assessments tailored towards specific goals and outcome measures and each client is assessed individually to suit their health, fitness needs and goals.
Gait analysis, biomechanical assessments and bike-fitting are also very important and advised to help reduce injuries and ultimately enhance performance in many sporting and leisure activities.
