My yoga teaching style is very relaxed and easy going – we laugh and just have fun with it, going through functional movements through flows and finishing with useful breathing techniques.

Clinic administrator

Charlotte H.

I recently joined the G4 team in December last year after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University the same year. Having lived in Manchester for 3 years whilst studying, I knew I wanted to move here permanently after university. Although I haven’t worked here for long, I immediately felt welcomed by the friendly people that work here. It makes a nice work environment to be able to work with amazing people, and working on reception is nice as I’m also constantly interacting with new people as well.

Clinic administrator

Annabel H.

I joined G4 back in 2016. Originally I was responsible for the clinics accounts department but following the arrival of my second child in 2019 I returned part-time as a member of the clinic administration team. The nature of my role allows me the flexibility to continue working alongside raising my young family. Whilst at work I enjoy being part of a busy and friendly team and have loved building up friendships with colleagues over the years. It’s been great to build relationships with regular clients and to get to know many new faces too. I’ve enjoyed watching the business grow and the team strengthen over the last few years and I look forward to seeing what future developments take place here at G4.

Clinic administrator

Emma S.

I have recently joined the team as a Clinic Administrator. Before this I worked on reception at a hotel. I have enjoyed an extended maternity leave with my second daughter and now returning to work I am looking for a fresh start and new challenge. So far I have really enjoyed meeting everyone at the clinic and am looking forward to building relationships with all my colleagues and patients visiting the clinic. I like to think I am friendly face on reception and am looking forward to growing in the role.

Sarah H.

Sarah is a qualified Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. She works within the NHS as a Senior Respiratory Physiotherapist helping people rehabilitate within a Critical Care Setting – this is a real passion of her! She also loves to teach and practice Pilates! Pilates is such a fabulous form of exercise for everyone – helping the mind to connect to the body. It involves both a strength and stretch element and focuses around our “powerhouse” (the core). Pilates is suitable for everyone and anyone at any level. Classes can be tailored around individual needs and are particularly good for clients who suffer from back injuries or clients working from home, as Pilates really promote good posture and alignment. Her classes tend to be a little harder so if you fancy a challenge – join on!
