Didsbury’s ‘G4 Fitness’ involve the most effective small-group sessions (gym-based & virtual fitness sessions via ZOOM) that provide all the fitness components and principles that you could possibly wish for to help achieve your own personal exercise goals and targets.
Our intent is for our advanced physical training instructors to give each individual the opportunity to progress their fitness aspects specifically or to develop all-round physical fitness. All of our instructors are clinic based with in-depth experience in physical fitness and rehabilitation. Our lead physical training instructor is also our most senior physiotherapist who has the added knowledge to ensure the risk of injury is reduced in all classes and to allow efficient training sessions to take place for those overcoming injuries.
The main effort from the fitness sessions will ensure training value is of a high standard that is progressive, measureable and conducted to a professional standard. Skill is another important part of fitness and the sessions will incorporate levels of agility, balance and co-ordination work to develop total fitness.
‘Knowledge is Power’, which is a phrase adapted and highlighted by our unique fitness professionals who train clients with their very own expertise backgrounds from their military, physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation and fitness careers. We train individuals in certain ways and we have specific methods in how we instruct to get the best out of every training session to maximise participation and to excel individual performance. All classes are kept small in number to allow all clients to get the very most out of each session and have that ‘one-to-one’ guidance to maximise technique along with performance.
Our Sessions
Our planned aims and objectives from each session will no doubt work you well, be fun and be effective to enhance your fitness level. We emphasize and stress the importance of the correct form and technique to reduce the risk of injury and to allow for fitness progression at the right level. Sessions are taken in a professional manner and are conducted with a welcoming, enthusiastic and motivating ethos.
Our sessions are of either mixed ability or specific to certain fitness levels. Each client will be selected to take part in the most relevant group by the instructor to maximise the training benefit for each individual and to reduce the risk of injury. Further classes can be considered upon request and popularity. All clients will receive a loyalty card in which you will be able to claim your free massage after 10 visits to the clinic to help your recovery between sessions and relieve any muscular tightness.
To avoid boredom, repetition, lack of progression and constant detrimental muscle/joint strain, our sessions will focus on the main components of fitness.
G4 Circuit Training (Gym & Virtual)

Sessions are conducted indoors and are restricted to small numbers to allow a more personal approach and guidance to each individual. Each class will be tailored to the group’s ability and intensity capability. Each session will last between 45 and 60 minutes.
We also provide mobile & virtual fitness sessions ran by our fitness instructors via ZOOM. Please feel free to contact the clinic for further information.

Resistance will vary between bodyweight, free weights and other resistive apparatus (e.g. tyres/logs/containers/battle ropes).
